Kia Nurse Elite Girls Basketball Talent ID Camp Edmonton

We are excited to share with you that Kia Nurse Elite is hosting a girls basketball talent ID camp in Edmonton, Alberta on November 30th and December 1st at the Saville Center. We are reaching out to ask if you could please share our camp information with the female athletes in your database. We are looking forward to our trip and working with the talent in Edmonton! 

 

Kia Nurse Elite is a high performance summer basketball program committed to assisting female athletes in improving their sport specific skills, physical literacy and mental fitness. We provide elite level coaching along with a competitive environment giving female athletes the opportunity to play with and against the highest level of competition in the United States and Canada. 

 

 

 

Athletes will be provided with professional level skill development, 5v5 competition and fitness testing.  Coaches will be on site to evaluate the athletes and provide them with take home skill development plans.  Campers will also be provided with exposure to local, prep school, provincial and national level coaches. 

 

The Kia Nurse Elite ID Camps will be used to create a National Basketball Depth Chart for athlete identification for AAU, Provincial and National levels.

 

Kia Nurse Elite will work with the provincial sport organizations in British Columbia for seamless integration of our program to assist with providing greater exposure for athletes in British Columbia to University coaches in both the United States and Canada. 

 

The camp will take place over 2 days on Saturday and Sunday. We will be running 2 sessions per day as follows:

 

1. Morning Session - 8am-11am Grades 5-8

2. Afternoon Session 12pm-3pm Grades 9-11

 

 

Our program has teams at the U12-U17 age groups.

 

• Compete in the Nike Girls EYBL and the Nike Girls EYCL leagues in the United States from April to July during the NCAA live recruiting periods. 
• We host training camps on Saturdays and Sundays throughout the season.

• U14 (grade 8 group) competes in the Nike Girls Jr. EYBL league which runs from March to July.  
• U12 and U13 age groups compete within the United States at various AAU tournaments from May to July. 
• Training camps are held from May to July on Saturdays and Sundays with Tuesday skill development sessions.
